Either via phone, WhatsApp walking-in or E-mail, let us know what you need and when you need it. Be as descriptive as possible and even send us photos if you need help estimating.


2. Estimates & Invoices

Once we have finalise your needs, be it storage with or without transportation and/or packing, we will send over a quotation. If you are agreeable to it as well as the terms and conditions stated in the website, we will send you an invoice. The invoice MUST be paid in advance prior to booking the job!



3. Schedule Your Appointment / Just Come By

Pick a preferred date and time for our packing, pick-up, or delivery services. In contrast, just drop by and leave your items at our front door yourself anytime during our working hours. Whatever it is, it will go straight into our safe and secure warehouse for storage.


4. Signature Box Drop Off?

If you ordered our signature box, then we will need to come by and drop it off first*, or in contrast, you can come by to pick them up!

We will wait for 20 minutes while you pack, or you can schedule a later pick-up for your packed boxes within the next 14 days!



5. Need Your Stuff Back?

Give us a call and tell us the specific items you want to retrieve. We'll have them delivered straight back to you within 48 hours. Or you can come by and pick up your items in person.


6. Need Just One Item?

Come by and bring your box into our private room, take the items you need, seal it, and we will put it straight back into storage for no extra cost.



7. Getting Billed

Unless you pay for multiple months upfront, you will be billed for the month in advance. For example, paying on the 3rd July 2018 will cover your storage from 3rd July 2018 - 2nd August 2018.

Invoices will be sent automatically every month to your email with a 14 NET payment term. Late fees will apply for overdue invoices.
